Making Beer Make A Difference Feature – The Humane Society of Summit County
For the month of April, our Making Beer Make a Difference spotlight is the Humane Society of Summit County. Read more about the Humane Society below, and how we are involved in their fundraising efforts.
About the Humane Society
The Humane Society of Summit County is a non-profit organization who’s mission is to serve our community by caring and advocating for vulnerable animals and enriching the lives of pets and people. They offer animal adoption services, humane law enforcement and community education and outreach. For the past two years, we have partnered with the Humane Society to support their fundraising efforts and to help dogs and cats find their forever homes. Why it’s important to Ignite
With a mission of Making Beer Make A Difference, we want to make a difference in our entire community and the families in it, including our furry family members. We believe animals come into our lives and change us for the better. Because of this, supporting the Humane Society has been a “purrfect” fit! Many of our Ignite team members have furry friends at home, quite a few of which have been adopted through the Humane Society.
In addition to participating in their second annual “Pup Crawl” in April & May, we are extremely excited to share that our popular “Ales & Tails” Pet Adoption Event will be back at the taproom on May 1! The Humane Society’s adoption van with dogs and cats will be here with the hope of many of them finding forever homes. Join us to purchase your Pup Crawl passport and meet some adoptable pets!
