We are Making Beer Make A Difference this month with the Barberton Fire Department and Operation Warm! Nearly 20% of American children live in poverty, and that was before the COVID-19 recession. While many government and private programs work to address food and housing insecurity, only a few address the lack of appropriate and adequate clothing, especially for the colder months. The Barberton Firefighters and Ignite are partnering to take action to raise money to support Operation Warm.
Operation Warm is a national non-profit dedicated to providing warmth, confidence and hope to children in need. Donations are used supply brand new coats in a variety of sizes and colors. For a young child, a new coat that fits well in their favorite color not only sparks joy, but it also fosters self-confidence and enables them to socialize with their peers and play outside with pride. Your monetary gift will empower them to succeed.
Our 2021 campaign for Operation Warm runs now through Black Friday!
Join us for a grand finale party on Black Friday, November 26th in the taproom! We will be tapping a special beer brewed in collaboration with the Barberton Fire Department, collecting donations, and 11% of all sales will be donated to Operation Warm!
